Another exciting project completed! 💪 Our materials were used for the 6 km long cooling & heating line for a battery production facility in Northern Europe.
🔹 Our scope of delivery:
✔ 1.3 km of DN1000 steel pipe with PE coating & cement lining
✔ 92 segment bends in various degrees
🔹 Technical highlights:
✅ Cooling pipe: 3-4°C, heating pipe: 28-30°C
✅ Laying partly underground, above ground & over existing roads/railways
✅ Subsequent insulation with glass wool & AluZinc cladding
(carried out by a specialized partner)
✅ Zig-zag alignment to overcome height differences – an exciting aspect!
