Long products in various designs as round, square, flat and hexagonal bars.
Flat products in the following materials: Stainless steel, nickel and titanium alloys. Available as sheet, cut to size or coil.
Long products
Cold drawn flat bars, square bars, hexagonal bars and round bars are usually produced from coils or bars and are generally supplied with a sharp edge and in an unmachined condition.
We can supply the products with specific heat treatment (stress relieving, annealing, normalising, quenching and tempering) and with automatic US testing on each individual bar. Delivery according to customer specifications or with special shapes is also possible.
The commercial length of the bars is 3 or 6 metres; the fixed length can be supplied on request.

Flat products
Sheets are flat metal products that are usually manufactured using the rolling process. They are offered as sheets (plates) and can be made from almost any metal.
To produce sheet metal, metal is processed into so-called ‘slabs’ immediately after liquid production.
Usually, a distinction is made between heavy and thin sheet metal. Heavy sheet metal is defined as having a thickness of more than 3mm and thin sheet metal is defined as having a thickness of less than 3mm. As standard, heavy plate is produced and stored uncoiled as a sheet (plate). Thin sheets are usually coiled or stored as a strip (coil).
Our sheets are used in the food industry, energy industry, water treatment, desalination plants, paper industry, etc.
The standard sheet dimensions are
- 1000x2000mm (small format)
- 1250x2500mm (medium format)
- 1500x3000mm (large format)
The standard thicknesses range from 1 to 150mm.
Special dimensions and other thicknesses can also be supplied on request. Various surface finishes and cuts by laser, water jet or plasma are also possible.
In particular, we offer our sheets in duplex and super duplex, super austenitic and heat-resistant, as well as nickel and titanium alloys.
