A high level of customer satisfaction is probably the most important success factor in our business. We therefore feel obliged to our customers and their projects even after the delivery of goods has been completed.
In pandemic times, we always only arrange external appointments at our customers construction sites to review the process flows during the delivery of the pipes in the context of project debriefings and to identify any potential for improvement.
The continuous exchange with our partners is particularly important to us.
In March 2021 we visited a construction site where our steel pipes were laid across the highway to protect a water pipe. The steel pipes with an outer diameter of DN1600 and PE coating were professionally laid within the scheduled time window, so that the necessary motorway closure could be lifted in good time.
