Interview Petra Schwalbe – Sales Northern Europe / International Projects

As Area Sales Manager, you are responsible for the sales of Northern Europe at ms con-cept GmbH. What do you personally like about the northern countries?

I like the people, the way of life and the dreamlike landscapes. Every northern country has its own charm and that’s what I find very exciting. Whether private or professional, the northern countries are always worth a trip for me.

What is important to you when dealing with customers?

A friendly and respectful approach is the basis for a good cooperation. Customer-oriented thinking and acting is very important to me and I am happy to bring my experience and knowledge to bear.

What does an optimal customer-supplier relationship look like for you?

A good customer support is the key to an optimal customer and supplier relationship. I attach great importance to our customers being at the focus and for us to achieve a goal together. Together with my colleagues, I work out a tailor-made concept for material procurement and the appropriate logistics solution, depending on the customer’s wishes. During order processing, our customers are regularly informed about the course of the project and is looked after all round.

Your next holiday destination?

My next holiday destination will be either the North Sea or the Baltic Sea, where I will go hiking and cycling.
